The weather was kind and the bees worked hard! We have extracted over 525 Kg from across our apiaries in May and we are now busy bottling and labelling it up. For a change there was not a lot of honey from the oilseed rape this spring but instead a great nectar flow from the top fruit blossom, field maple, hawthorn and sycamore blossoms.
