Pure local soft set honey available from our Maidenhead, Bray, Windsor Great Park and Paley Street apiaries.
All honey will naturally granulate if left long enough in an optimum temperature of around 14° Celcius. Sometimes granulated honey can set very hard so we blend some runny honey with granulated honey and then stir it until we achieve a lovely smoother texture. Great for spreading on toast or in sandwiches!
